Water Valley Acreage 2

After owning an acreage for roughly a year, the original farmhouse decided to experience an electrical short and burn itself down.  Thankfully everyone was safe, and so the process began with the insurance company to get another home constructed.  After not getting anywhere with a city builder they contacted us. 
They now have a beautiful custom designed “cottage in the woods”, quickly becoming the envy of everyone that got to work on their house including yours truly. 

Believe me when I say pictures do not do this justice….

• Over 1600 square feet 1.5 story
• Wrap-around covered deck
• Soaring ceilings throughout the house (the ceiling in the great room is 23’ inside)
• All rooms on the second floor have vaults due to the roof line (very cozy feeling)
• A nook for the piano
• Wood burning fireplace
• Finished laundry room in the basement

Glad we were able to get it ready in time for their wedding!!
