Know someone building a home? Send them our way and earn when they sign.
WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?
Anyone, friends, family, past clients, subtrades, vendors, and their employees.
No limit on the number of referrals.
Earn 0.5% of the contract value (pre-GST) for every new home build you refer.
Example: On an $800,000 home, you earn $4,000!
HOW TO QUALIFY:
✔ Please visit the link below: Go to thomasbuilthomes.com/referral
✔ Submit your info (including your e-transfer email) and the contact details of the person you’re referring.
✔ We’ll reach out and take it from there.
PAYMENT TERMS:
✔ Payed once the your referred customer has signed the building contract, and we have received the initial deposit.
✔ Referral fee is based on the contract value before GST (excludes land and post-contract change orders).
✔ Paid within 15 business days.
✔ Referral is good for 1 year.
IMPORTANT RULES:
✔ Form must be submitted before the customer contacts us for the first time.
✔ If multiple people refer the same customer, the referral credit goes to the first person who submits.
✔ We respect your referral’s privacy — we will try to initiate contact with them once or twice professionally and never share their information.
✔ Thomas Built Homes may update or discontinue the program at any time.
