What do you do when the county won’t let you build another house on your property?  Suite the shop!!!

Now there are rules around these types of things, so we need to make sure we had enough shop for the size of “suite” required…

– 1500 square foot shop addition
– additional 850 square feet of garage
– 2800 square feet of 2 story house (suite)
– In-slab heating
– Slab on grade construction
– Added onto existing shop
– Vaulted ceilings everywhere
– Metal roof to match existing shop
– Metal siding
