This was built in a great spot overlooking a country golf course.
Coincidentally this house was designed by a long time friend who we hadn’t worked with in a long time, but this build got us working together again on a regular basis.
- 1800 square foot executive bungalow
- 800+ square foot 2 car garage
- The design on the home called for it to be built on a crawl space, but incorporated a mechanical room accessible from the garage. This worked well as we could still use a conventional furnace and ducting as well as a regular hot water heater
- Several vaults in the ceilings throughout the house
- Wrap around kitchen with lots of counter space
- Always classy dark siding with “cedar” accents
- Generously sized custom shower
- The “wood panelling” around the free standing tub is actually tile. See if you can spot the this in the pictures below
