Recently I was speaking with a customer who wanted to downsize their home without giving up any of the creature comforts… oh, and one other thing, they needed 4 parking stalls in their garage.
The following is what we came up with…
-1200 square foot bungalow
-finished basement
-oversized double car garage with a tandem bay to hold a hoist, and enough ceiling height to actually use it
-full custom cabinets
-hail proof exterior (using LP siding)
-a house that is uniquely their own and suits their needs
-plus some surprises along the way…
