This customer came to us with a design already, but needed us to be able to get everything down on paper. What resulted was a very cool forward facing design that we ultimately built on land that has been in the family for 3 generations.

– Large 2 car garage with embeded steel plates in the concrete slab for 2 chain hoists
– Huge south facing deck
– ICF foundation
– Triple pane windows
– LP Smart Siding
– Stained front door an beams/posts
– In slab heating in basement and garage
– Half bath in garage
– Dog wash in garage

While under the rough-in portion of construction our client sustained serious injuries from a vehicle accident.

– Re-engineered sub floor
– Dropped floor for Barrier Free Shower in en-suite
– All interior doors changed to 3’0″
– All exterior doors changed to 3’0″
– Rear mudroom/office/laundry completely reconfigured on site to accommodate elevator shaft
– Basement floor modified for elevator pit
– Saw cut through ICF foundation wall for elevator access into garage
– Cabinets redesigned with recessed sink boxes in the kitchen and en-suite
