Carstairs Acreage 2
As we mostly build acreages/farms out in the country, we don’t often get asked for Modern Designs, but this was a fun build that was designed for our customers by Spectrum Home Plans in Didsbury.
- 1625 Square foot bungalow (we’ll let you in on a secret, its actually bigger than that, but that’s a story for another day)
- 700 square foot 2 car garage – Fir posts and “exposed rafter” designed front entry
- Generous space throughout the living/dining/kitchen area
- Mostly finished basement (Everything but the 3 piece bathroom)
- We worked with our customer’s brother for the electrical
- Sunken rear patio with floor drain so we could get a walk out door
- Dog wash in the garage
